Camp, DC, whose National Provider Identifier is on file and whose profile says he is accepting new patients. It publishes four days of real hours, including two evenings that run to 7:30pm, which is exactly what somebody working a day shift in Orrville needs and cannot find. And the front page of the website has said COMING SOON since it went up. There are no services on it, no bio, no photographs of the office, no email address, no booking, no map and no explanation of why two different phone numbers are printed one under the other. The code behind it declares a generator called Web Page Maker and an HTML 4.01 doctype, uses font tags and absolutely positioned boxes, and carries no viewport tag, which is the single line that tells a phone to size the page to the screen.
